Een aperitief met een fris karakter en delicate mousse. De subtiele zalmkleurige ‘blush’ in de kleur is het resultaat van het mengen van een klein deel van de ‘bloeding’ van de Pinotin-oogst in de witte wijn.

Appearance
A clear, salmon colored wine with pale color intensity.
Nose
The wine has a clean, youthful nose. The wine is quite aromatic, it has a medium(+)aroma intensity with characteristics of red fruit, citrus and vegetables. We smell table grapes, red currant, raspberry, grapefruit, mandarin and rhubarb.
Palate
Although the wine has some noticeable sweetness, it is a dry wine with a medium level of alcohol and medium- acidity. The wine is medium bodied, has a medium flavor intensity and a (rather short) delicate mousse. In the mouth the wine has fruity and herbaceous characteristics with flavors of sweet red and tropical fruits. We taste lychee, strawberry, rose hips and elderberries.
Quality Assessment
An easy-going aperitif with a sweet, fruity character. It is a nice summer aperitif, not exciting and a bit one-dimensional.
