Een wijn met karakter en een stevige bite. De korte maceratie heeft echt een mooi resultaat opgeleverd. In de neus hebben we een breed aromapalet met kenmerken van tropisch en geel fruit, bloemen, groenten en kruiden en een smaakpalet dat doet denken aan Roero Arneis!

Wine tasting:9 aug 2022
Appearance
A clear, lemon-colored wine with a medium color intensity.
Nose
The wine has a clean and youthful nose, with a medium+ aroma intensity, and a broad aroma palate with characteristics of tropical and yellow fruit, flowers, vegetables and herbs. We smell apricots, white peach, sweet apple, melon, some anise, almonds and tomato leaves.
Palate
A dry wine with medium alcohol and medium- acidity. The wine is medium-bodied with a medium+ flavour intensity with characteristics of yellow and tropical fruits and flavors of apricot, apple, tones of nuts (almonds), a small bitterness in the end. A flavor palate that reminds us of Roero Arneis. The wine has an ending of medium length.
Quality Assessment
A wine with character and a bite that is rock solid. The short maceration has really yielded a nice result. A good wine; ready to drink now but not suitable for further ageing.
