A wine with character and a bite that is rock solid. The short maceration has really yielded a nice result. We have a broad aroma palate in the nose with characteristics of tropical and yellow fruit, flowers, vegetables and herbs and a flavor palate that reminds us of Roero Arneis!

Appearance
A clear, lemon-colored wine with a medium color intensity.
Nose
The wine has a clean and youthful nose, with a medium+ aroma intensity, and a broad aroma palate with characteristics of tropical and yellow fruit, flowers, vegetables and herbs. We smell apricots, white peach, sweet apple, melon, some anise, almonds and tomato leaves.
Palate
A dry wine with medium alcohol and medium- acidity. The wine is medium-bodied with a medium+ flavour intensity with characteristics of yellow and tropical fruits and flavors of apricot, apple, tones of nuts (almonds), a small bitterness in the end. A flavor palate that reminds us of Roero Arneis. The wine has an ending of medium length.
Quality Assessment
A wine with character and a bite that is rock solid. The short maceration has really yielded a nice result. A good wine; ready to drink now but not suitable for further ageing.
