Een mooi gebalanceerde mousserende wijn met een zachte mousse, een lekker vol mondgevoel en een breed aroma- en smaakpalet. In de neus veel rijp geel fruit en tonen van brioche. In de mond veel vers geel fruit, wat noten en een klein bittertje. Combineer dit aperitief met meloen met gerookte ham of andere kleine hapjes.

Appearance
A clear, lemon colored wine with a medium- color intensity and petillance in the glass
Nose
The wine has a clean, developing nose, with a medium- aroma intensity with characteristics of ripe yellow fruit and spices and tones of bottle ageing. We smell ripe apple, apricot, dried yellow fruit, mandarins, adjusted with aromas of brioche, toast, and honey.
Palate
A dry wine, with medium acidity, medium alcohol, a medium+ body and a creamy mousse. The wine has a medium flavor intensity. The palate has characteristics of yellow and tropical fruit. We taste flavors of pear, green apple, mango, pineapple, hints of nuts (almonds) and a small bitter of orange peel. The finish is medium in length.
Quality Assessment
Well-made wine, nicely balanced with a soft mousse and nice and full mouth-feeling.
