Wijngoed Havelte Havelter Bruut
sparkling wine
A nicely balanced sparkling wine with a soft mousse, a nice and full mouth-feeling and a broad aroma and flavor palate. In the nose lots of ripe yellow fruits and hints of brioche. In the mouth a lot of fresh yellow fruit, some nuts and a small bitter. Combine this aperitif with melon with smoked ham or other small light bites.

Appearance
A clear, lemon colored wine with a medium- color intensity and petillance in the glass
Nose
The wine has a clean, developing nose, with a medium- aroma intensity with characteristics of ripe yellow fruit and spices and tones of bottle ageing. We smell ripe apple, apricot, dried yellow fruit, mandarins, adjusted with aromas of brioche, toast, and honey.
Palate
A dry wine, with medium acidity, medium alcohol, a medium+ body and a creamy mousse. The wine has a medium flavor intensity. The palate has characteristics of yellow and tropical fruit. We taste flavors of pear, green apple, mango, pineapple, hints of nuts (almonds) and a small bitter of orange peel. The finish is medium in length.

Well-made wine, nicely balanced with a soft mousse and nice and full mouth-feeling.
