Appearance
A clear, purple colored wine with deep color intensity, the wine is not fully clear
Nose
The nose is clean and youthful with pronounced vegetal and fruity aromas. We smell red beetroot, cherries, blueberries, cranberries, red bell pepper and bay leaf
Palate
A dry wine, with medium acidity and alcohol and medium – tannins; medium bodied and medium+ flavor intensity with fruity, vegetal, and herbaceous characteristics. We taste black currant, cherries, red beetroot, bay leaf, some liquorice, black tea, cedarwood and some leather.
Quality Assessment
A well- made red wine, with juicy fruit and a nice herbal palate. Ready to drink now but can improve with ~6 months of bottle ripening. Quality: good
