Appearance
A clear, orange-salmon colored wine with medium- color intensity and petillance
Nose
The nose is clean and youthful with medium- intensity and characteristics of citrus and red fruit and some vegetal tones. We smell orange, lemon, raspberry, apple, and raw asparagus.
Palate
The wine is dry, with medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium body and a creamy mousse. Flavor intensity is medium- with characteristics of citrus and red fruit. We taste quince, lemon, grapefruit, redcurrant, tangerine and hints of bell pepper. Ending is medium-.
Quality Assessment
A good wine, but a bit one-dimensional and thin-bodied. The palate is very fresh and beautifully balanced; the bubbles in the wine fade quickly.
