orange wine
A very nice orange wine! It has this typical orange-wine smell of oranges, orange peel, and apricots, combined with notes of thyme, raisin, nuts and honey. Also on the palate, we have orange peel and dried apricots and a pleasant warm and sweet flavor of compote, honey, butterscotch and hints of vanilla and rosemary. Beautifully made. It combines wonderfully with black olives, blue stilton and goat cheese.

Appearance
A clear, orange-colored wine with medium- color intensity
Nose
The wine has a clean, youthful nose and is quite aromatic (medium+ aroma intensity) with fruity and herbal characteristics. We smell aromas of oranges, orange peel, dried fruit, apricots, combined with notes of thyme, raisin, nuts, honey and some smokey scents.
Palate
It is a dry wine with a medium+ level of alcohol and medium+ acidity. The wine is medium-bodied and has a medium+ flavor intensity with fruity and herbaceous characteristics. We taste flavors of honey, orange peel, dried apricots, almonds, compote, butterscotch, a hint of vanilla and green herbs rosemary and thyme.
Quality Assessment
A good to very good wine,. Drink it now, but it will still be pleasant next year.
