Appearance
A clear, water white wine with pale color intensity
Nose
The nose is clean and youthful with pronounced intensity and characteristics of sweets, tropical fruit, and grasses. We smell honey, apricot compote, pear, melon pine and grasses. The nose is comparable with a typical sauvignon blanc.
Palate
The wine is dry with medium+ acidity, medium- alcohol and medium- body with flavor characteristics of citrus, tropical fruit, sweets, honey and sweet herbs. We taste sweet melon, white peach, mango, elderflower, a small bitterness and herbs.
Quality Assessment
A well-made wine with lots of beautiful fruit. Quality is good. Ready to drink, will not improve by further ageing.
