Detailed Tasting Notes

Wine tasting: 23 Oct 2025
Appearance
A clear, lemon-gold colored wine with pale color intensity
Nose
The nose is clean and developing with medium+ aroma intensity and wood-aging and fruity characteristics of yellow fruit and stonefruit. We smell ripe apple, apricot, brioche, acacia honey, pineapple and hints of pepper
Palate
A dry wine with medium acidity, medium alcohol and medium+ body. Flavor intensity is medium+ with characteristics of ripe and stewed yellow and tropical fruit and malolactic fermentation. We taste apricot compote, ripe yellow apple, honey, muscat, honey, yellow raisins, ripe pineapple, sweet melon and brioche
Quality Assessment
A very good wine with a wonderfully full flavor palette of ripe yellow and tropical fruit, malolactic fermentation, and oak aging. The oak is beautifully integrated. Ready to drink now but suitable for a few more years of aging.
