Appearance
A clear, lemon colored wine with pale color intensity
Nose
The nose is clear and developing with medium+ aroma intensity and characteristics of dairy, tropical fruit and sweet yellow fruit. We smell pineapple, stewed apple, ripe pears and lemon zest.
Palate
An off-dry wine with medium+ acidity, medium+ alcohol and medium body. Flavor intensity is medium+ with characteristics of citrus and yellow fruit. We taste pineapple, oranges, sweet yellow apple, honey and green herbs.
Quality Assessment
A very good wine. Ready to drink now but will improve with a year of aging. Well-made, well-balanced with a lovely spice. The high alcohol content is not noticeable.
