Appearance
A clear, lemon-colored wine with pale color-intensity
Nose
The nose is clean and youthful with medium+ aroma intensity and characteristics of yellow fruit, stone fruit, spices and fresh greens. We smell cucumber, apple, nectarine, wet pebbles, basil, licorice and juniper. The wine has the aroma of a good gin tonic!
Palate
The wine is dry, with medium acidity, medium alcohol and medium+ body. Flavor intensity is medium+ with characteristics of yellow fruit, green fruit and green fresh vegetables. We taste cucumber, apple, grapes and a bite of topic.
Quality Assessment
The wine is very good and has a fantastic PQR. Ready to drink, not suitable for ageing. The wine shows a beautiful combination of fresh, green tones, juicy fresh yellow fruit, minerality and a nice bitterness
