Klein Amerika Cabernet Blanc 2020

This off-dry wine is powerful, concentrated and full of fruit. In the nose, the sweet fruit is accompanied with some fresh green herbs and tones of pine. In the mouth a bit fresher, more citrusfruit, as well as some grassy hints and a small bitterness. What do we serve with this wine? A second bottle of the wine please! A lovely aperitif on itself, but also nice with light dishes that combine vegetables with fruit, like asparagus with fresh apricots and goat cheese.

Appearance
A clear, lemon-green colored wine with pale color intensity.
Nose
The wine has a clean, youthful nose. The wine is quite aromatic, it has a medium+ aroma intensity It shows fruity, green and herbaceous characteristics. We smell aromas of pear, stone-fruit, tropical fruit, berries, elderflower, green herbs, and pine.
Palate
The wine is off-dry, with a medium level of acidity and a low level of alcohol. The taste is is nice and full with medium+ body and dito flavor intensity met fruity, floral and sweet characteristics. We taste grapefruit, stone-fruit (peach), unripe apple, elderflower, sweet pears, grassy hints and a small bitterness. The finish is of medium length.
Quality Assessment
The wine is full of fruit, powerful and concentrated. A good wine; ready to drink now, not suitable for further ageing
