A well balanced fruity and medium bodied wine with a rich palate of flavours of red fruit, herbs, black pepper and a fresh hint of box wood in the end. A good match for an evening outside on the sundeck, combined with some light food like olives, chicken or grilled zucchini.

Appearance
A clear wine with a purple color. It shows a small rim and some legs on the glass.
Nose
The nose is clear, with a medium+ aroma intensity. Development is youthful. We smell red fruit, herbs and some animal hints. Blackberries, cherries, black pepper, rosemary, cinnamon and some stable scents.
Palate
A dry, medium+ bodied red wine, with medium levels of acidity and alcohol but low in tannins. It has a medium+ flavor intensity of red fruit, vegetals, some animal tastes and nice herbs. We taste cherries, blackberries, some flowery notes of roses, herbs like juniper and thyme and a fresh hint of box garden. The wine has a pleasant ending of medium+ length.
Quality Assessment
A good wine that is ready to drink now. It has the potential to develop and improve a bit more by aging but we would advise to keep it for a maximum of 1 to 2 years. The wine has nice acidic flavors but a quite low level of acidity which causes the wine to have a limited shelf time.
