Appearance
A clear, ruby-colored wine with pale color intensity
Nose
A clean, youthful nose with medium+ aroma intensity with fruity and herbaceous characteristics. We smell strawberry jam, red currant, bay leaf, rosemary and a light stable smell
Palate
The wine is dry, with medium acidity, medium alcohol and medium-tannin. It is medium bodied with medium+ flavour intensity with aromas of red fruit and green herbs and a somewhat peasant character. We taste red currant, red cherries, strawberry jam, cranberry, rose-hips, and bay leaf.
Quality Assessment
A good wine, ready to drink now; not suitable for ageing. Nicely integrated acids and nicely balanced. Delicious to combine with a salad with goat cheese
