Appearance
A clear, salmon colored, sparkling wine with medium- color intensity.
Nose
The nose is clean and youthful with medium intensity and characteristics of red fruit, citrus and vegetal tones. We smell red currant, strawberries, cranberry, grapefruit, lemon, elderflower, zest and grass.
Palate
A dry wine with medium alcohol, medium acidity, creamy mousse and medium body. Flavor intensity is medium+ with characteristics of red fruit and citrus. We taste redcurrant, cranberries, strawberries, grapefruit, lemon and orange zest. Ending is medium.
Quality Assessment
A good wine. Not complex but well made, Bubbles disappear quite fast
