TASTING NOTE

Wijngaard Hof van Twente Veyn 2020

white wine

Our rating

7 /10
It is an interesting wine, yet it has a somewhat green overtone in the beginning. However, this disappears when the wine is open for a while. In the nose we have scents of celery, combined with aromas of citrusfruit and yellow fruits. The tasting palate also shows a bit of a green character but also we have yellow fruits, citrus, some orange peel and pine. This wine comes into its own when you decant it or leave it open for a while. Don’t drink it too cold! The wine goes well with grilled green asparagus.
