A dry wine with medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium body and creamy-aggressive mousse. Flavor intensity is medium with characteristics of green fruit, vegetables, minerality and citrus. We taste lemon, gooseberry, granny smith, some peach, wet pebbles, some green fresh vegetables and almon bitter in the aftertaste. The ending is medium-.
