The nose is clean and youthful with characteristics of yellow fruit, stone fruit, tropical fruit, citrus, and some fresh vegetables and green herbs. We smell banana, green apple, pear, gooseberry, lemon, cucumber, star fruit,
Palate
A dry wine with medium alcohol, medium acidity, a small sparkle and medium body. Flavor intensity is medium+ with characteristics of citrus, yellow apple, gooseberry, green herbs and a small bitterness.
