sparkling wine

Our rating

7.5 /10
A pleasant, approachable wine with generous red fruit and citrus aromas. Lots of red fruit and citrus on the palate, supported by a nice minerality that adds freshness. Serve well chilled, as the cooler temperature brings out the best balance and freshness. Best enjoyed now.

Detailed Tasting Notes

Wine tasting: 22 Apr 2026
Appearance
A clear, salmon-orange wine with medium color intensity and petillance
Nose
The nose is clean and youthful with aroma characteristics of red fruit and citrus. We smell red currant, grapefruit, rhubarb and orange peel.
Palate
A dry wine, with medium- acidity, medium alcohol, medium body and a delicate mousse. Flavor intensity is medium+ with characteristics of red fruit and citrus . We taste strawberry, grapefruit, blood orange, red cherries, rhubarb, mineral tones and a small bitterness. Ending is medium-.
Quality Assessment
A pleasant, approachable wine with generous red fruit and citrus aromas. The acidity is slightly on the low side, which gives it a softer profile rather than a very crisp one. It is not especially complex, but it is fresh and easy to enjoy. The mousse is delicate on opening, though it fades fairly quickly in the glass. Serve well chilled, as the cooler temperature brings out the best balance and freshness. Best enjoyed now while its fruit is at its most lively.
