Een mooie, op Frans eikenhout gerijpte Solaris met een rijk en breed aromapalet. Veel rijp geel fruit, kruiden en vanille in de neus. In de mond ieyts dunner dan verwacht maar prachtige geintegreerde smaken. Veel geel fruit en een zacht bittertje.

Appearance
A clear, gold wine with medium color intensity
Nose
The nose is clean and developing with medium+ aroma intensity and characteristics of yellow and tropical fruit, oak ageing, and herbs. We smell ripe yellow apple, apricots, citrus, gooseberry, ripe yellow pineapple, honey, vanilla and chamomile.
Palate
A dry wine with medium acidity, medium alcohol, no tannins and medium body. Flavour intensity is medium with characteristics of ripe yellow and tropical fruit, flowers and citrus and specified flavours of pineapple, apricot, yellow apple, oak and some bitterness of mandarin/ citrus peel. The ending is medium-.
Quality Assessment
A good wine, with a beautiful and rich aroma palate. In the mouth a bit thinner than expected (based on the rich nose) but with well-integrated flavours. Ready to drink now.
