Maronesse Opa’s Trots 2022
white wine
Een eenvoudige maar aantrekkelijke witte wijn met ruim een jaar houtrijping. Bloemen en geel fruit in de neus en bloemige, gele fruit- en plantaardige tonen in de smaak. De geur is in eerste instantie wat muf en stoffig, maar dat verdwijnt na 15-20 minuten zuurstof, dus laat de wijn eerst enige tijd openstaan voordat je hem drinkt!

Appearance
A clear, lemon colored wine with pale color intensity
Nose
The nose is youthful with medium aroma intensity with aroma characteristics of flowers, vegetables and white and yellow fruit. We smell apple, pear, white grapes, stone fruit, lychee, oak, and vegetable juice
Palate
A dry, medium bodied wine with medium+ acidity and medium alcohol. Flavour intensity is medium with flavours of citrus, unripe grapes, diry, vegetable juice and a small bitterness.
Quality Assessment
A good wine, simple, but attractive. Ready to drink now, not expected to improve by further ageing. The smell is initially a bit musty and dusty, but this disappears after 15 minutes.
