A beautiful Solaris matured in French oak with a rich and broad aroma palette. Lots of ripe yellow fruit, herbs and vanilla in the nose. In the mouth slightly thinner than expected but beautifully integrated flavours. Lots of yellow fruit and a soft bitterness.

Appearance
A clear, gold wine with medium color intensity
Nose
The nose is clean and developing with medium+ aroma intensity and characteristics of yellow and tropical fruit, oak ageing, and herbs. We smell ripe yellow apple, apricots, citrus, gooseberry, ripe yellow pineapple, honey, vanilla and chamomile.
Palate
A dry wine with medium acidity, medium alcohol, no tannins and medium body. Flavour intensity is medium with characteristics of ripe yellow and tropical fruit, flowers and citrus and specified flavours of pineapple, apricot, yellow apple, oak and some bitterness of mandarin/ citrus peel. The ending is medium-.
Quality Assessment
A good wine, with a beautiful and rich aroma palate. In the mouth a bit thinner than expected (based on the rich nose) but with well-integrated flavours. Ready to drink now.
