Deze Riesling uit 2021 heeft een rijk aroma- en smaakpalet met een mooie balans tussen fruit en zuren. In de neus een overweldigend aroma van zoet geel fruit, in de mond frisse zuren, geel fruit, bloemen en citrus. Een mooie jonge Riesling. Mooi te combineren met Aziatische salades, ceviche, kaasfondue of fruit de mer.

Appearance
A clear, lemon coloured wine with pale color intensity.
Nose
The wine has a clean, youthful nose with a pronounced aroma intensity of fruity, floral and some vegetal characteristics. We smell elder flower, sweet red apple, pear, gooseberry, lemon, blossoms, and some green fresh lettuce.
Palate
A dry wine with a medium level of alcohol (12.5%) and high acidity. The wine is medium bodied with a medium+ flavour intensity. The palate shows flavour characteristics of mainly sweet fruit, flowers, and citrus. We taste apple, sweet pear, nectarine, orange peel and grapefruit and some hints of fresh grass. The wine has a pleasant after taste of medium+ length.
Quality Assessment
A particularly good wine! Ready to drink now but will also improve by further ageing. A nice balance between sweet fruit and acidity and with a rich aroma and flavour palate.
