Deze blend van vier Hollandse rode druiven is een lekkere droge wijn met een bite! Fruit en zuren zijn mooi in balans. Zowel in de neus als in de mond fris rood fruit, in combinatie met wat geel fruit en een frisse mineraliteit. Een mooie zomerse wijn die zich goed leent voor foodpairing zoals bij een frisse salade, kalkoen of geitenkaas.

Appearance
A clear, pink colored wine with a medium color intensity.
Nose
The wine has a clean nose with medium+ aroma intensity. It has a youthful aroma development and characteristics of red fruit and citrus. We smell red currant, raspberry, strawberry, mandarin, roses and rhubarb.
Palate
A dry wine with a medium level of alcohol and medium acidity. The wine is medium bodied with medium+ flavor intensity and characteristics of red and yellow fruit. We taste red currants, apple, some lychee and peach and tones of minerality. It has no tannins and a good finish of medium + length.
Quality Assessment
A nice dry wine with a bite, fruit and acidity are nicely balanced A beautiful summer wine that lends itself well for food-pairing. A good wine, ready to drink, we think it will improve by several months of ageing.
