TASTING NOTE

sparkling wine

Brûswyn 2017

Our rating

8.5 /10
The Brûswyn is a nice glass of wine with a lot of taste and depth. We smell aromas of elderflower, pear and marzipan and taste a wide range of flavors like pineapple, pears, apple, elderflower, white peach and lemons. The wine is very well made and made and has a creamy mousse. The wine can still mature, but we would not recommend this due to the low acidity.
