A beautiful, full bodied rosé with lots of sweet red fruits, notes of citrus, spiciness and honey. The wine is still very interesting too drink but too old and over its top.

Appearance
A clear, salmon colored wine with medium color intensity
Nose
The nose is clean and fully developed with medium+ aroma intensity and characteristics of sweet red fruit, oak and herbs. We smell red currants, strawberry jam, rhubarb, burnt wood (whisky), lychee, honey and vanilla.
Palate
A dry wine with medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium+ body and no tannin. Flavor intensity is medium+ with herbaceous and fruity characteristics and specified flavors of strawberry, raspberry, red currant, vanilla, prunes, grapefruit and a small bitterness.
Quality Assessment
A very good wine but unfortunately over its top. The wine is still very interesting too drink but too old
