Wow, what a great sparkling wine! This little one is big in taste! The aroma of the wine is full of tropical fruits and quite sweet but don’t expect a sweet wine here! In the mouth, the wine is excitingly fresh with flavors of gooseberries and green apples. It is very well and beautifully integrated with round, concentrated juice. Our compliments!

Appearance
A clear, lemon colored wine with a pale color intensity and petillance in the glass
Nose
The wine has a clean, youthful nose, with a medium+ aroma intensity with characteristics of tropical fruits and flowers. In the nose, the wine has a noticeable sweetness. We smell aromas of honey melon, white peach, lychee, mango and elderflowers.
Palate
A dry wine, with medium+ acidity, medium alcohol, a medium+ body and creamy mousse. The wine has a medium+ flavor intensity. In the palate the wine is less tropical and sweet we have more characteristics of fresh fruit with flavors of green apples and gooseberries with a nice aftertaste of medium+ length.
Quality Assessment
The aroma of the wine is full of tropical fruits and quite sweet but in the mouth, the wine is fresh with flavors of gooseberries and green apples. It is very well and beautifully integrated with round, concentrated juice. Ready to drink now, will not improve by further ageing
