Appearance
A clear, purple-ruby colored wine with medium+ color intensity
Nose
The wine has a clean, developing nose with medium+ aroma intensity with fruity, vegetal and herbaceous characteristics. We smell flavours of cherries, blackberries, liquorice, some leather, pine, wood, eucalyptus and cabbage.
Palate
It is a dry wine with a medium level of alcohol, medium acidity and low tannins. The wine is medium bodied and has a medium flavor intensity with characteristics of red fruit, dairy and herbs. We taste flavors of sour cherries, strawberries, yogurt and bay leaf. The wine has a slightly drying aftertaste and some farmhouse and animal tones, which can be attributed to the Rondo grape.
Quality Assessment
Good wine, very juicy! Drink now, due to the low level of tannins, it is not suitable for longer ageing.
