Appearance
A clear, lemon-colored wine with pale color intensity, sparkling.
Nose
The nose is clean and youthful with pronounced aroma intensity and characteristics of sweet yellow fruit, green fruit, stone fruit and citrus. We smell pear, peach, apple, green grapes, gooseberry, lime and some herbaceousness.
Palate
A dry, medium- bodied wine with medium acidity, medium alcohol, a creamy mousse and medium length. Flavor intensity is medium+ with fruity characteristics of citrus and green fruit. We taste pear (dominant), lime, granny smith and gooseberry.
Quality Assessment
A well-made wine, not complex but a nice fresh and fruity aperitif. Ready to drink, not suitable for further ageing.
