Appearance
A clear, salmon wine with a medium color intensity and some legs on the glass.
Nose
The wine has a clean nose. The development is somewhere still youthful. Intensity of the aromas is light and provides us with a combination of fruity and vegetal, herbaceous aromas. We smell sweets, strawberries, redcurrants combined with hay and spices (thyme).
Palate
A dry wine with a medium level of alcohol (12,5%) and medium- acidity. The wine is med- bodied with a medium + flavour intensity. Also in the mouth, the wine has this character of red sweets. The palate is dominated by red fruits. There are flavors of raspberry, strawberry and forest fruit yogurt The finish is of medium length.
Quality Assessment
A good rose wine to drink and enjoy now, not intended and suitable for further ageing. It is a mouth full of sweets, raisins and raspberries, lovey to drink on a sunny day. The wine just misses that bit of spiciness to take on that overwhelmingly sweet red fruit.
