red wine
A nicely made, smooth and fruity wine with a broad aroma and flavor palate. A lot of red fruit, combined with some leather and animal tones as well as spices. It is still a bit young; the different flavors are not yet completely integrated and the alcohol can be a bit sharp. A year of development in the bottle will improve and mature the wine.

Appearance
A clear, ruby-colored wine with a medium+ color intensity.
Nose
The wine has a clean, youthful nose, with a medium+ aroma intensity and characteristics of animal, wood, spice and fruit. We smell red fruits like cherries, red currant, blue berries and cranberry. In addition we smell red roses, some leather, animal tones and spices like bay leaf, cinnamon and cloves.
Palate
A dry wine, with medium- alcohol, medium acidity and medium- tannins. The wine is medium- bodied with a medium flavor intensity with flavor characteristics of red fruit and cedar wood. We taste sour cherries, cranberries, liquorice, pine resin, juniper, a pinch of black pepper and wet stones.
Quality Assessment
A nicely made, smooth and fruity wine. It is still a bit young; the different flavors are not yet completely integrated and the alcohol can be a bit sharp. You can drink it now but a year of development in the bottle will improve and mature the wine.
