This is orange wine like it is meant to be! It has an appealing nose with aromas of red fruit, dried apricots, spices and sugared orange peel. A lot of flavors in the mouth: strawberry jam, sweet rhubarb, oranges and honeybush tea with a pleasant ending. A very nice wine, compliments to the wine maker! We recommend to combine it with grilled vegetables, black olives, goat cheese or cassava crackers

Appearance
A clear, orange colored wine with medium color intensity
Nose
The wine has a clean, youthful nose and is quite aromatic (medium+ aroma intensity) with fruity and spicy characteristics. We smell aromas of red currants, strawberries, papaya, dried apricots, cantaloupe melon, cinnamon, and sugared orange peel.
Palate
It is a dry wine with a medium+ level of alcohol and medium acidity. The wine is medium-bodied and has a medium+ flavor intensity with fruity and dairy characteristics. We taste flavors of rose hips, red currants, strawberry jam, sweet rhubarb, orange, and honey bush tea.
Quality Assessment
A very good wine. Drink it now, it’s not suitable for further ageing.
