Appearance
A clear, purple colored wine with deep color intensity
Nose
The nose is clean and developing and medium+ intense with aroma characteristics of black fruit, green herbs spices and oak. We smell ripe black cherry, plums, forest strawberries, tobacco, chocolate and sweet spices.
Palate
A dry wine, with medium+ acidity, medium alcohol and medium+ body. Flavour intensity is medium+ with fruity, vegetal and spicy characteristics. We taste plums and cherries, green vegetables, bell-pepper, leather, pepper, liquorice and bay leaf. The ending is medium+
Quality Assessment
The wine is very good! Ready to drink but will improve with further ageing. A beautiful characterful wine with a beautiful and pure mouthfeel.
