The nose is clean and fully developed with medium+ aroma intensity and aroma characteristics of black fruit, vegetables, spices and oak ageing. We smell cherry, blackcurrant, boxwood, cabbage, laurel, liquorice, tobacco, spices, hay and nutmeg.
A dry wine, with medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium tannin and medium- body. Flavour intensity is medium with fruity, earthy and spicy characteristics. We taste blackcurrant, cherries, bay-leaf, soil, black tea and a small bitterness.
