Appearance
A clear, ruby colored wine with medium+ color intensity
Nose
The nose is clean and developing with medium+ aroma intensity and characteristics of red fruit, oak, and herbs (typical Cabernet Franc aroma). We smell red cherries, red currants, pine resin, liquorice, bay leaf and toast.
Palate
A dry wine with medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium_ tannin and medium+ body. Flavour intensity is medium+ with characteristics of red fruit and ripeness. We taste cherries, sweet red jam, compote, prunes, caramel, vanilla, salmiac, bay-leaf, chocolate and some minerality. Aftertaste has a medium+ length.
