The wine has a clean, developing nose with medium aroma intensity with characteristics of fruit, and yeast. We smell flavours of overripe apples, apple juice, nuts, something chemical (yeast/ light oxidation)
It is a dry wine with a medium level of alcohol and medium- acidity. The wine is medium+ bodied and has a medium flavor intensity with characteristics of fruit and vegetables. We taste ripe apples, nectarine, peach, and turnips.
An exciting wine which that will be appreciated by wine connoisseurs, don’t expect an easy going wine. It is slightly oxidative in the nose but not too much. The wine is on its best when enjoyed with food. Pair it with pumpkin risotto, vitello tonnato, or small tapas.
A good wine, due to the rather low level of acidity and already some signs of oxidation, not suitable for longer ageing.
