This 100% pinot noir sparkling wine is a well-integrated wine with a broad aroma and flavour palate. It has an attractive nose with a broad variety of red fruits, with notes of black pepper, and forest floor. Also in the mouth a lot of red fruits, some eucalyptus, salmiak and leather. Although the wine has no tannins and low alcohol level, it is a very tasteful and attractive wine!

Appearance
A clear, tawny colored wine with medium color intensity
Nose
The wine has a clean nose with a medium (+) aroma intensity. The aromas are developing with fruity and earthy characteristics. We smell strawberries, cherries, blueberries, cranberries, raspberries, and notes of black pepper, and forest floor.
Palate
A dry wine with medium- acidity and low alcohol (10.5%). The wine is medium- bodied, has low tannins and medium flavour intensity, with fruity and earthy characteristics. We taste flavors of blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, some eucalyptus, salmiak and leather. The ending is of medium- length.
Quality Assessment
A good, well-integrated wine with a broad aroma and flavour palate. Unfortunately, the mousse vanishes very fast.
