A very special, very remarkable wine, with a lot to discover in both aroma and taste. Put your expectations aside for this wine and be ready for a totally different palate! we recommend to open the wine long in advance. When opened, the wine has an overwhelming animalistic smell, but that fades into the background after some time. It will then show additional aromas of cherries, raisins, prunes, leather, eucalyptus and pine. We taste an interesting palate of perfume, cherries, cherry liquor, mocha and a strong bitterness. It is a good and well-made liquor wine.

Appearance
A clear, ruby colored wine with a medium color intensity and some tears visible on the glass.
Nose
The wine has a clean nose, it is youthful with a medium+ aroma intensity and characteristics of red fruits, dried red fruit, herbs, vegetal and animal scents. We smell aromas of cherries, raisins, prunes, leather, stable, alcohol and vegetal hints of eucalyptus and pine.
Palate
The wine has medium sweetness, medium alcohol, medium- acidity and low tannins. The wine is only medium(-) bodied but has an expressive taste of medium+ flavor intensity. We taste an interesting palate of perfume, cherries, cherry liquor, mocha and a strong bitterness.
Quality Assessment
A very special, remarkable wine, with a lot to discover in aroma and taste. It is different from what we normally taste and we have assessed the wine as liqueur wine from a broad perspective. The wine must be opened long in advance: when opened, the wine has an overwhelming animalistic smell, but it fades into the background after some time. It is a good and well-made liquor wine. Ready to drink now and will not improve with further ageing.
