A very special Viognier, a completely atypical flavor for this grape. We attribute this to the cool climate and young vines. The nose is primarily vegetal, but also reveals notes of muscat and honey. On the palate, after a very reductive start (swirl it a lot or let it sit open for a while!), flavors of yellow and stone fruit, along with creamy notes of battonage.
