This rose wine of the pinot noir grape is very interesting! It has a lovely, fruity nose of yellow apple, red fruits, some citrus and light notes of fresh green herbs. In terms of taste, the wine has a somewhat heartier character and in addition to a lot of fruit, especially cranberries, we taste a fairly strong bitter note of orange peel. All in all a nice glass of wine with a bit of spice! Due to its intense flavor intensity, the wine can have some counterbalance in terms of food. For food pairing we recommend asparagus, a beetroot salad, cold pasta salad, grilled tuna or poultry.

A nicely balanced rose wine of the pinot noir grape with a good structure and a nice mouthfeel. We smell and taste a nice fruity and floral palate of red currants, strawberries, citrus fruit, yellow apple, rose hips, blossoms and some vegetal hints. We recommend to combine it with smoked chicken, a fresh salad with goat cheese, trout or fresh mackerel, rhubarb or simply as an aperitif with an olive.
