A very good white wine, made from a blend of Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois. A beautiful, expressive nose, full of tropical fruit, yellow fruit and dried fruits. Also in the mouth, this wine has a lot to offer to explore! Sweet apple, apricot, mango, elderberry, nectarine, peach and a small almond bitterness. The smell and taste of the wine are well in line with each other (What you smell is what you taste), which we don’t see too often. Due to its strong character, a good wine for food-wine pairing!
