A diverse, multifaceted wine with a broad bouquet. In the nose a lot of ripe fruit, flowers and a hint of parsley. Also lots of fruit, flowers and warm, fresh herbs in the mouth. A fine and nicely balanced wine. Combine it with grilled fish and summer dishes.

Our rating: 6.5/10
An aromatic wine with a nose of dried fruits, yeast, flint and some mineral tones. Quite expressive also in the mouth, with flavors of citrus fruit, yellow fruits and mineral characteristics. The ending is pleasant and quite long. Not an easily accessible wine due to its high level of acidity, but quite exciting! Nice to combine with black olive tapenade on toast, a classical salad with vinaigrette or some cheese.

An aromatic wine with a nose of dried fruits, yeast, flint and some mineral tones. Quite expressive also in the mouth, with flavors of citrus fruit, yellow fruits and mineral characteristics. The ending is pleasant and quite long. Not an easily accessible wine due to its high level of acidity, but quite exciting! A nice, fresh white wine with a nice, long aftertaste. A quite aromatic nose with young fruit, green vegetables and fresh green herbs. In the mouth we taste citrus fruit, vegetables and flowers. Delicious in combination with a light Asian meal, such as a Thai salad with tuna or tempeh. Don’t make it too spicy or it will overpower the wine!

This blend of Regent, Pinotin and Lemberger (Blaufränkisch) is nicely balanced and has an attractive and broad aroma palate with fruity, floral, earthy and herbaceous characteristics. Lots of concentrated fruit and slightly sweet in its taste. Roses, jammy forest fruits, a pepper and light tones of oak.

A very juicy glass of red wine! In the nose forest fruits, blackcurrants enriched with scents of leather, salmiac and 99% bitter chocolate. The taste of salmiac is quite dominant. In addition, a lot of black fruit, 99% bitter chocolate, pipe tobacco and spicy herbs. Nicely balanced with a pleasant ending. Good to combine with roast lamb chops.
