Appearance
A clear, lemon-green colored wine with a pale color intensity and petillance in the glass.
Nose
The wine has a clean nose, it is youthful with a medium- aroma intensity of yellow fruit, stone fruit and floral characteristics. We smell aromas of nectarine, pear, yellow apples, melon, lemon, elderflower and a whiff of vanilla.
Palate
A dry wine, with medium alcohol, medium acidity and a creamy mousse. The wine is medium+ bodied with a medium+ flavor intensity. We taste citrus fruit and floral characteristics with flavors of grapefruit, yellow apple, pear, lemon and a hint of flint in the end. The wine has an ending of medium+ length.
Quality Assessment
This is a good wine; ready to drink now but not suitable for further ageing. A pleasant, fresh and fruity aperitif. A slight downside of the wine is that the mousse disappears quite fast.
