Appearance
A clear, ruby colored wine with medium color intensity.
Nose
The wine has a clean nose, with medium- aroma intensity and youthful development. The aromas show characteristics of red fruit, and flowers. We smell red berries, raspberries, cranberries, rose hips, and some cress.
Palate
A dry wine with noticeable sweetness, with medium- acidity and medium alcohol. The wine is medium-bodied, has a medium + flavour intensity and is low in tannins. The finish is of medium length. The palate of the wine shows characteristics of red fruit, flowers and herbs. We taste flavors of roses, sweet strawberries, raspberries, some herbs and spices.
Quality Assessment
A well crafted red wine with highly concentrated juice. The wine is tasty, has a pleasant mouthfeel and a lot of taste, but the wine is a bit thin and lacks some structure. Ready to drink now, will not improve by further ageing.
