The nose is clean and fully developed with medium+ aroma intensity and fruity, animal and vegetal characteristics. We smell plums, cranberries, cherry jam, wood ground, leather, cabbage, stable, and undergrowth.
The wine is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium- tannin and medium body. Flavour intensity is medium (+), with animal, vegetal, mineral and sweet spicy characteristics. We taste overripe strawberries, sweet spices, forest floor, garden soil, mushrooms, cabbage, smoke and cedar wood.
A very good wine, drink now, will not improve. The wine has not much fruit left, probably just a little too old
