The Cuvee Signature has well integrated aromas and a very broad aroma palate. We smell forest fruits and characteristics of spices and herbs. The wine has a rich flavour palate of forest fruits, herbaceous and oak characteristics. The finish is somewhat dominated by the taste of cedarwood, due to a 12 months aging on (partially) new barriques. This indicates that the wine is still young and will improve with further ageing. We expect that more tertiary aromas will develop then. We recommend to decant the wine before drinking or open it a few hours before drinking. Or to store it a for another year of course.
