A dry Riesling with a firm character. In the nose, we have aromas of citrus, apple compote and melon. The wine is a however lot sweeter in the nose than in the mouth. The flavor palate is made up of lemon, green apple, mandarin, pear and some citrus bitterness. Good to combine with an oyster platter or fruit de mer.

A beautiful Riesling! A pleasant glass of wine, soft and nicely balanced. In the nose ripe peaches, pear, blossom, and some vegetal tones. The flavor palate is sweet with ripe apples, pear, wild peach and honey in the mouth. The wine is very wine-food friendly and goes well with for example white fish (e.g. cod) or asparagus. Definitely worth mentioning is that the wine has an excellent price-quality ratio! That makes us happy!

This 2021 Riesling has a rich aroma and flavour palate with a nice balance between fruit and acidity. In the nose an overwhelming aroma of sweet yellow fruits, in the mouth fresh acidity, yellow fruits, flowers and citrus. A beautiful young Riesling. Nicely to combine with Asian salads, ceviche, cheese fondue or fruit de mer.
