Our rating: 7.5/10
This special wine, made out of 7 classical grape varieties, is highly recommended! It has a lot of tropical fruits in both the nose and taste. Sweets, pineapple, white peach but also some white pepper and an elegant minerality make the wine very attractive. Perfect for an aperitif, but pay attention to the wine-food pairing because of the high level of acidity. We recommend to combine it with ceviche or white fish, steamed with lemon.

This special wine, made out of 7 classical grape varieties, is highly recommended! It has a lot of tropical fruits in both the nose and taste. Sweets, pineapple, white peach but also some white pepper and an elegant minerality make the wine very attractive. Perfect for an aperitif, but pay attention to the wine-food pairing because of the high level of acidity. We recommend to combine it with ceviche or white fish, steamed with lemon.

Our rating: 7/10
This is an interesting wine. Although it has a somewhat green overtone in the beginning, this disappears when the wine is open for a while. In the nose, we have scents of celery, combined with aromas of citrusfruit and yellow fruits. The palate also shows a bit of a green character but there are also yellow fruits, citrus, some orange peel and pine. This wine comes into its own when you decant it or leave it open for a while. Don’t drink it too cold! The wine goes well with grilled green asparagus.

This is an interesting wine. Although it has a somewhat green overtone in the beginning, this disappears when the wine is open for a while. The nose of the wine is somewhat misleading: due to the high aroma intensity of tropical fruit and candies you would expect a sweet wine. When you take your first sip, you’ll discover that this is not the case. The wine is fairly thin, has a strong bitterness and misses out on length and complexity. The acids are also a bit harsh and not well integrated. Unfortunate, because the nose was very promising!

A real fruit explosion in the mouth! Because of the sweet nose and the candy-like taste palette you might initially think that the wine is off-dry, but that is not the case. Due to the relatively high acidity, the wine is well balanced. This is a wine that makes you happy by drinking it! A glass full of tropical fruits, stone fruits and flowers. Delicious with a poke bowl or Thai meal.
