Brûswyn Rose is very suitable for wine and food, because of its rather savory than sweet character. Besides fruity aromas of raspberries, strawberries and rose hips, we smell grass, nettle and toast. The flavor palate shows citrus, red fruit and vegetal characteristics. The wine is not very pronounced, but it is well put together.

This 100% pinot noir sparkling wine is a well-integrated wine with a broad aroma and flavour palate. It has an attractive nose with a broad variety of red fruits, with notes of black pepper, and forest floor. Also in the mouth a lot of red fruits, some eucalyptus, salmiak and leather. Although the wine has no tannins and low alcohol level, it is a very tasteful and attractive wine!
