Our rating: 7/10
We smell and taste flowers, yellow fruit, stone fruit and a little bitterness. The aftertaste is rather long but is mainly due to acidity, not so much due to fruity flavors. We believe that this wine is a bit overpriced, considering its quality. However, a nice white wine for every day.

We smell and taste flowers, yellow fruit, stone fruit and a little bitterness. The aftertaste is rather long but is mainly due to acidity, not so much due to fruity flavors. We believe that this wine is a bit overpriced, considering its quality. However, a nice white wine for every day.

Our rating: 7/10
Sweets, strawberries, redcurrants combined with hay and spices (thyme) in the nose. It is a mouthful of sweets, raisins and raspberries, lovey to drink on a sunny day. The wine however just misses that bit of spiciness to take on that overwhelmingly sweet red fruit.

Sweets, strawberries, redcurrants combined with hay and spices (thyme) in the nose. It is a mouthful of sweets, raisins and raspberries, lovey to drink on a sunny day. The wine however just misses that bit of spiciness to take on that overwhelmingly sweet red fruit.

Koopman Wit 2018

Our rating: 6/10
A youthful, green wine with a fresh and fruity character. The palate consists of yellow apples, lemon, some green vegetables and notes of white pepper and bitter almond in its finish. When the wine is left open to breath for a few hours, it opens up and shows a clear improvement in aroma and flavour intensity. Aromas of more ripened yellow apples and hints of white pepper and almonds appear. Definitely not a high flyer, however, a wine with many faces that will show you the different parts of its character during the evening.

Knapse Witte 2018

Our rating: 7.5/10
Not overly complex or exciting but well made, with a good balance between acidity and fruit. The flavor and aroma palates are quite similar, showing a combination of green fruit and vegetal tones of lemon, green apples and gooseberries in combination with grass, green bell-pepper and asparagus. Nice to combine with cold, light dishes, a salad or asparagus.

Knapse Witte 2018

Not overly complex or exciting but well made, with a good balance between acidity and fruit. Hoeve Nekum Riesling 2016

Our rating: 8.5/10
Although the wine is already 4 years old, the aromas and flavors of developed wines are not really present. In the nose, the wine shows fine aromas of apple, elder flower, mango, grapefruit, melon, combined with some light mineral tones. But the taste is really a glass full of ripe, yellow fruits. We taste flavours of mandarin, mango, passion fruit and elder flower. The wine has a very nice balance and beautiful, soft acids where sweet and sour are well integrated. A beautiful, full Riesling!
